Welcome to Life Altering Therapy

Meet Me

My name is Nashae Powell, RN, Certified Nurse Psychotherapist.
I am a Registered Nurse with over 12 years of healthcare experience across diverse clinical settings, including critical care, rural healthcare, mental health care, and medical-surgical nursing.

Throughout my nursing career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families during some of life’s most challenging and vulnerable moments. These experiences strengthened my belief in the importance of compassionate, person-centered care and inspired my transition into psychotherapy.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is compassionate, evidence-informed, and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

I provide secure virtual psychotherapy services to adults across Ontario, offering a supportive space to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
